Front desk staff were very helpful, excellent area to find restaurants, shopping and close to the cathedral. It was quite hot for my visit so the staff provided fans and ice buckets with bottles of water. If you need anything, just ask! Would stay here again if ever in the area.

The car park was very good value for money. The hotel is perfectly located with friendly and helpful staff. The only comment necessary is the low level lighting in the room, slightly higher wattage LED bulbs were needed.

The hotel is a gem, full of character, great location and offers parking. We were unable to extend our king room prior to arrival so booked a classic for the additional night. At check-in they managed to upgrade the classic at no extra charge so we wouldn't have to change room mid-stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely staff, comfy bed. Room and furnishings all looking pretty tired and like they could do with an update, and what looked like mould on the bathroom ceiling presumably due to the lack of ventilation there.
