Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από μπαράκια με πολύ δυνατή μουσική Κ δεν έχει ηχομόνωση, είναι σαν να μένεις σε Από την άλλη ακούγονται έντονα Κ τα αεροπλάνα.Το μπάνιο βρωμάει ΑΠΑΊΣΙΑ!!! Από την είσοδο μέχρι το ασανσέρ έχει σκάλες, όποτε είναι δύσκολα με βαλίτσες Κ για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.Η θέα από το δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι είναι η απέναντι πολυκατοικία,στα λίγα μέτρα.Παλιο, κακοσυντηρημένο κτίριο.
