Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!

Ultra modern and stylish hotel close to the Central Market shopping district. An excellent massage can be had at the onsite spa, and the rooftop bar offers drinks and/or dinner beside the pool. The breakfast buffet is also better than average, although made-to-order options are also available.

Good hotel, very clean. Area around it had a bit of graffiti, but I found that all over Greece. Newer hotel and very modern. Breakfast was good with lots of veg choices too. Very close and walkable to all the old town sites and shopping. Parking was tight and first come first serve basis, but the public parking garage was close by

This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond! The hospitality is just amazing. THANK YOU Maria and Theodore for amazing hotel and stay!

The property is cool/unique but located in a rough area. It is a short walk to the center of town. The hotel breakfast provided a lot of options but wasn’t very good quality, pancakes were rock hard, omelette included ingredients that was not listed etc. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The weather wasn’t great for our stay, so we weren’t able to use the pool much, the top floor bar was closed all Saturday.

Excellent hotel hidden between old buildings and small streets. You drive up to a beautiful hotel with parking! We were always greeted with warm smiles and kindness. We received a free upgrade and a welcome drink with dessert in the room. Everything is brand new, clean, smells great and feels like luxury. They have a wonderful spa with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. On the rooftop you can enjoy the outdoor pool and a sunset dinner. Breakfast is exceptional and made to order! I have to mention the wonderful manager, Denia! She was always making sure staff was on point. Can't wait to visit again!

I never write reviews, but I really had to write this one. Because the physical appearance of the hotel was nice and fancy and everything, sure, but it is really the service that makes this a five star hotel. I had a day-long bout of food poisoning (from a nearby restaurant, definitely not the hotel) while I was staying there, and the whole staff went way way above and beyond in taking care of me, especially the head manager. They were also very helpful with regard to all my other needs and questions the rest of the time I was there. This is THE hotel to stay at in Crete if you want five star treatment.

Great location near the core of the old city. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking while limited was super convenient and close. Clean and modern room. The only observation with the room was there was limited space to lay our suitcases for easy access but in reality, not a big issue.

What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!

On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly recommend this property.

The Ethereal White Resort was a refreshing oasis in a somewhat dingy neighborhood that was adorned with graffiti (which is unfortunately a "thing" in most large Greek cities we visited). The marble floors gleamed. The air conditioning worked well. The underutilized gym had excellent equipment, though it could have used a stationery bike and some full-length yoga mats. The basement pool was a surprise and there was also a hot tub that wasn't as warm as others I've used. The rooftop pool was small and unheated. The breakfast offered several options from the cook, including a great smoked salmon avocado toast. The room shower worked well but consistently leaked outside despite our best efforts. Lastly, a group of inconsiderate touring athletes from an American university had loud room parties till well after midnight. Though not directly the hotel's fault, they should have intervened.

Amazing hotel! Front desk, spa staff & lobby bartender were so nice and helpful! Rooms are amazing with balconies, fridge, and iPad controlled. Bellhop came outside and helped with parking right across the street & our luggage! They even have a pillow menu! Best part were the reasonable prices of the spa services (best massage ever) especially for the 5 star quality amenities - sauna, pools, jacuzzi, manicures etc. 5 minute walk to Lions Square for shopping & restaurants although the bar onsite in the lobby & on the roof are full service. The rooftop patio & pool are incredible. & the onsite gym. This place is amazing . King beds were separated ahead of time at our request. We will definitely return!

We went to a one week trip to Heraklion and found via Expedia this nice hotel. It is directly located in the city center. Shops, nice restaurants and nice and interesting places to visit like the H Harbour are very close by in 5 to 10 min walk distance. The staff is very nice and always happy to help to give advice when and where to go. The rooms have a nice modern styling and are very clean and well maintained. Our room had also a nice balcony, with chairs and a table. The hotel does also have a spa area with a swimming pool downstairs for which a reservation is necessary. There is no reservation fee for guests. We thought it is a good idea, that a reservation needs to be done, so the experience is nicer, because there is no risk, that the area might be overcrowded. An additional nice Pool is on the roof top with the roof top bar right next located to it. The roof top pool does not need a reservation. In summary, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will for sure come back for another stay in the future to visit Heraklion again.
