Located just 200m from Kerbihan Botanical Park and 400m from Hennebont National Stud, our house will suit a couple with children or a group of friends. Close to shops and public transport, it will also be an ideal starting point for exploring the region (close to Lorient, Port Louis, the expressway, numerous beaches 20/30 minutes away by road). Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children).

The house is fully equipped for living, (crockery, utensils and daily equipment) it has a pleasant little garden fully enclosed at the back, it is equipped with a garden furniture with parasol and a Weber barbecue. .
Upstairs we have just fitted out a games room with a Table football, Billiards, Yamaha Synthesizer and also a mini pinball machine and mini table football for children, this space has a lounge area with sofa, television, minibar and a library of children's books.

GĂźte tout confort , bien Ă©quipĂ© dans un environnement calme. Rien ne manque, on se croirait Ă  la maison. La salle de jeu a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e par nos ados. Notre hĂŽtesse nous a gĂątĂ©s avec des prĂ©sents de bienvenue. Le sapin de NoĂ«l Ă©tait trĂšs beau: super en cette pĂ©riode de fĂȘtes avec5 magnifiques cadeaux emballĂ©s avec goĂ»t les lits faits Ă  l’arrivĂ©e sont trĂšs confortable les serviettes de toilette sont Ă  disposition en grand nombre Merci pour le petit dĂ©jeuner : crĂȘpes, beurre, confiture, gĂąteau, jus d’orange, lait vraiment une Adresse Ă  recommander

Conforme Ă  nos attentes

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli et avons grandement profité de notre séjour. La location est trÚs bien équipée, le linge de maison est fourni, la salle de jeux est un espace juste exceptionnel que notre fils de 9 ans a adoré. La localisation est plutÎt pertinente. Bref un excellent séjour breton à renouveler sans hésiter.

TrĂšs bon souvenirs

La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ© (beaucoup de jeux pour petits et grands) et conforme aux photos. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique et chaleureux. Nous sommes vraiment contents de notre sĂ©jour. Le seul bĂ©mol serait peut-ĂȘtre la raideur de l'escalier pour accĂ©der Ă  la salle de jeux du 2eme Ă©tage qui est un peu risquĂ© pour de trĂšs petits enfants. Je recommande cette location.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ruhigen und schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit hochwertigen Möbeln und vollstĂ€ndig bestĂŒckter KĂŒche. Bis zum ruhigen Strand sind es nur rund 500m, zum Zentrum von Plouhinec (mit Restaurants und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) rund 2km. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist rundum empfehlenswert!
