River cabin & Mills Cottage

Welcome to our charming properties, set within a short 5 minute walk from each other and ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests. Our cosy cottage boasts 2 bedrooms, a log burner, and one parking space, whilst our beautiful cabin located on the river provides an additional 2 parking spots, a hot tub, BBQ, garden, and a log burner. Relax and take in the tranquil surroundings as you soak in the hot tub or enjoy a meal in the garden overlooking the river.

Our River Cabin is pet friendly however our cottage is unfortunately not suitable for pets.

This property is situated close to a road therefore please note there may be some road noise at this property due to the location.

We welcome small events at an additional fee, please enquire for prices.

Conveniently situated near the scenic Henley-On-Thames and the Thames path, our properties offer the perfect combination of countryside and town living. For those seeking a classic British pub experience, the St George and Dragon pub is just a short walk away, offering delicious food and drinks in a picturesque setting by the river.

If you experience any issues once you check-in, please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve them during your stay.

If we have a same day changeover we have to drain, clean and refill the hot tub as a legal requirement, therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be hot at check in as it can take up to 24 hours to get up to temperature. In cold weather, the hot tub takes longer to heat up so we kindly ask guests to take this into account.

- Guests must adhere to the hot tub rules and test the hot tub daily with the testing strips provided to ensure the hot tub is safe to use.

- No parties or events unless otherwise agreed prior to your stay

- No candles due to the fire regulations
- No charging of electric cars
- Please do not move the furniture
- Guests must bring their own wood and charcoal
- Hot tub towels not provided
- Please do not allow dogs on the sofa or bed, it is really difficult to remove the hair from the sofa otherwise additional charges will be applied
- Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
