Just minutes away from the Biltmore, historic downtown Hendersonville, Chimney Rock Park, as well as the DuPont and Pisgah Forests, Biltmore Estate, this property is quick scenic drive to all local destinations. Recently renovated, Eagle's Rest retains the character of a vintage lodge but with all the comforts of a well-equipped retreat. Look out on a spring-fed pond or relax with a good book on a porch rocking chair. Or listen to the babbling creek from your hammock. In the evening you can enjoy a dip in your hot tub or roast marshmallows in the fire pit before a good night's sleep in your comfortable beds. Satellite flat screen TV with 200+ channels and satellite Wi-Fi internet can keep you in touch with the world. (But only when you want to be.) The Impressive rock outcroppings will entertain and provide kids of all ages climbing opportunities galore.

This was an amazing place to just sit on the porch and relax. It was so homey and comfortable. It rained a good bit during our stay so hearing that on the metal roof was perfect. We enjoyed it immensely. You really don’t need to bring anything other than food and clothes. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Although you are up in the mountains away from everything, Hendersonville is 10 minutes away, with groceries and restaurants being even closer. Enjoy.

What a great property. There is nothing bad to say about this spot. We highly enjoyed the views, the coziness the cabin provided and really enjoyed late night soaks in the hot tub.

We loved staying at the Eagles Rest for our annual friends getaway. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved the comfy couches and the huge fire pit. Very easy to get to downtown Hendersonville.

Everything was great! The only thing that was a little disappointing was getting the hot tub to the temp we wanted it. It said allow 15 minutes per degree but it never got to where we wanted. That was a very small issue though, everything else was great!!

Great cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location and our kids really enjoyed fishing in the pond! Our only comment is that while the property is beautiful, it’s difficult to see the stream or explore much because of the abundance of foliage.

The Perfect Peace

Our family loved Eagle’s Nest! The amenities were nice and cozy, and the cabin is close enough to town but far enough to hear the stream nearby under the stars. We hope to return!

Great Cabin and Location

My family really enjoyed this cabin for the week. Plenty of space for all of us, especially with all the rain we had. We enjoyed the view of the pond with our morning coffee and hot tub in the evenings. We would like to come and visit again some time.
