Poor Service

The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did.

Plaque de cuisson dĂ©fectueuse, obligation d’appeler la rĂ©ception pour allumer la climatisation. Pas de solution apportĂ©e par l’équipe de l’hĂŽtel, le fait de dire nous sommes dĂ©solĂ©s et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coĂ»t, en payant un 4 Ă©toiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’annĂ©e, je peux vous dire que cet Ă©tablissement ne mĂ©rite pas 4 Ă©toiles.

Une semaine de vacances passĂ©e Ă  visiter la rĂ©gion en randonnee. Le site Est idĂ©al pour aller Ă  la fois vers biarritz et l Espagne. La rĂ©sidence permet de bĂ©nĂ©ficier une rĂ©duction sur l entrĂ©e au spa de la thalassothĂ©rapie Serge Blanco . Un bĂ©mol, Le manque d isolation phonique entre les Ă©tages car nous profitions bien du mouvement de chaises des voisins du dessus. Heureusement nous n Ă©tions pas en Ă©tĂ©. À part cela, La rĂ©sidence Est idĂ©alement placĂ©e et le personnel accueillant.
