Cottage in a quiet cul de sac, only about 800 m from Hemmet beach. The small path to the beach leads through a beautiful, hilly forest. The bright and tastefully furnished holiday home is of high quality. It has an open kitchen / living area for family living, with access to the beautifully screened lawn area with terrace area to the south and west. There are some good seating available. There is also a covered area with lounge area. In the house also spacious bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine. There are also three bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Additional games room in the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump and electric heating and wood stove. Only 150 m further there is a playground for children. No rental to youth groups desired!
