Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, leider ein wenig vernachlässigt.

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, leider ein wenig vernachlässigt. Zum Einen kommt einem der Geschirrspüler entgegen, wenn man ihn komplett füllt, da dieser überhaupt nicht richtig eingebaut wurde. Das sollte man umgehend beheben. Außerdem funktioniert der Fernseher im Wohnbereich nicht, ist zu verschmerzen, allerdings wenn er da ist, sollte er auch funktionieren. Drittens haben wir die Badewanne vermisst, in der Ausschreibung wird diese mit angeboten. Die Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht. Trotz alledem haben wir uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt, vor allem der Spielbereich im Obergeschoss hat die fehlende Badewanne vergessen lassen :-). Der Kamin ist im Herbst/Winter sehr zu Empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn die Fehler behoben worden sind :-D. Eins noch, Vorsicht mit der Fußbodenheizung im Bad, diese zieht sehr viel Strom ;-)...

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Geschirrspüler, der selbst bei halber Beladung kaum alles sauber bekommt, für den Gärtner, der 1x die Woche früh morgens mit seinem übermäßig lauten Rasenmäher übers Grundstück rast, für den Fernseher im Wohnraum, der nichts anzeigt, für den Herd, bei dem nur 3 von 4 Kochfelder funktioniert haben und für den Müll (Plastik-Metall), der noch vom Vormieter voll war und nicht geleert wurde, sodass ich mit dem Müll zur öffentlichen Müllstelle fahren musste.
