I loved that they had bikes you could ride to local shops the breakfast was great, staff was kind the only thing I didn’t like was the transit to get there from the airport you had to get a taxi. We did take the shuttle the next day and the driver was the most sweetest gentleman - so good with people. I will definitely stay again plus the price was really nice for a room with multiple beds.

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport and had a shuttle for my early flight out. The lobby was nice and breakfast was good with Finnish foods. The room was nice with good space, and a convenient kitchenette. I easily walked 15 mins to the grocery store in the mall and made food in the room. They even had bikes available for guest use. The only downsides were the shuttle and sound. At check in, the staff member marked me down for the shuttle since I needed one of the early times. She said the shuttle only goes that early if requested. Since I'm extra attentive to time on travel days, I walked to the stop 15 mins before the scheduled time, looked on the other side of a tour bus to be sure I wasn't missing it, and saw no shuttle. I stayed where I was told it picks up, and when it didn't show up 7 mins after the scheduled time, asked at the desk if it was running behind. She said it already went and I must not have looked around. They said I would need to wait for the next shuttle, which cut my timing very close. However, I learned they don't actually wait for the scheduled time- they just go at whatever time they arrive at a stop and don't account for reservations which is very hard to plan for. I did not appreciate being blamed for not seeing it or being there on time when I could prove that I was. Also, in my room I could hear music and convos from other rooms through the walls/vents but thankfully people got quiet relatively early.

Excellent view

20th floor gave an exceptional view of the bay and surrounding areas. It was walking distance to restaurants and museums and events. The breakfast they delivered to our room at a time we picked, and it was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship. Just a wonderful place to stay. Our only Disappointment was they left the blinds open when we were out of the room and when we returned, it was awfully warm. Because it’s Iceland they usually don’t have to worry about temperature being warm, but the room was about 77°.

Very convenient for an overnight stay while travelling. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the ability to leave one of our cases here while on a short side trip to Estonia was a bonus.

The room was clean-ish. Burned out light bulbs. Bottles of shampoo, body wash, and hand wash were nearly empty. Very small rooms and bathroom could only have one person at a time inside. Staff not particularly engaging. On the plus side, Internet and transportation were very good.

Great family stay

We stayed in a family room with kitchenette and it was very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was great, staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was very appreciated. It's ina great location just 10 mins walk from Jumbo with food and entertainment to full the time before our flight.

The check in process was easy but the room I booked was not the room we received. The description didn’t not match. We booked a suite but were given two adjoining rooms. Traveling with kids and having them in a separate room is not ideal

Airport hotel

Hotel was nice and clean. Check-in was smooth. One of the front desk ladies was a little crass but all the other staff was lovely. Sauna opened late in the day after check out time and jacuzzi needed a reservation so those were both bummers. Shuttle does not run in middle of the day.
