The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Property was in good location and was convenient to places. My point is the maintenance was not there on weekends to fix something if needed. Also if stuff is not working reception was not accommodating to help fix the issue or give another room.
