Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Disappointed!

Difficult to find the correct apartment as the instructions don't map reality. I get finally in and immediately sense how somebody has been smoking heavily in the apartment. I contact ed 2ndHomes and they neglected my mutliple messages
