The Riverside Ranch is situated next to the Price River just south of Helper Utah. Its
location to the flowing river bottom as well as the encasing trees and greenery that
surround the property offers peace and privacy. While it is tucked away it is also just
minutes from local recreation, unique food venues, and seasonal events and activities.
This Riverside escape feels as if you have stepped into another realm as you enter the
arched gates and set eyes on the breathtaking rustic cabin and outbuildings. It is
highlighted by the waves of waterside meadows and a scenery that is unmatched. This
property is the perfect location for all. Whether you are looking to host a Family
Reunion, celebrate a special event, share your happily ever after wedding day, a group
retreat, or simply a week or weekend getaway, Riverside Ranch offers it all.
The property includes a beautiful custom built 6 bed 3 bath home with a scenic wrap
around deck allowing all to enjoy the surrounding views of the fields, to the river bottom,
and the tall grass meadows. There are 2 outdoor wood burning fire pits, horseshoe pits,
and areas for cornhole boards and other yard games. You can spend your time enjoying
the walk-out covered patio equipped with outdoor cooking and seating arrangements.
The stay can be ruggedly enhanced with an additional reservation of the small detached
bunkhouse located on the property. The potential uses of the property are endless and
we look forward to helping accommodate in anyway possible.
