First, the staff are incredible, but it became obvious that they were working around chronic maintenance and general dour appearance of the rooms. They are installing new siding on the building but that's lipstick on a pig. I don't stay outside the building, I stay in the room. The TV was built in 2009, it is old enough to get a driver's license. The lighting is abysmal and the color decor depressing. I have chosen LQ from its inception and used to really enjoy the properties. And in today's hospitality market, value counts but sign up the rooms for a facelift and upgrade the TVs & heating & cooling. Thanks!

Construction on property currently. They did give us a room in the opposite end of hotel but still had to deal with construction crew at entry way. Breakfast was suppose to be open at 6:00. We showed up at 6:45 they only had cereal out and just put waffle mix out when we left. Next morning was better so not sure if it was an off day or what

Staff courteous and helpful. Helped us turn down air conditioning. Hotel was clean but needs updating. It looks like they’re in process.lots of parking, close to dining. Toilet seat moved around easily. Breakfast was good but may want to separate bacon rather than serve in a big blob.
