Great location, very central with opportunity to walk and see Helena. This is a budgetary hotel (It's in the name, :)), that exceeds the expectations. Plenty of parking (mid-week), very clean rooms, decently quiet. Will stay there again. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this budget friendly motel. It had very comfy beds, and the bathroom was very clean. We showed up almost at 1am in the morning and were helped promptly which was very nice even though we woke him up! Haha.

This property is a great value for the location and free parking! Clean, safe, comfy, and walkable to the capitol and other sites. Terrific location right at Last Chance Gulch! Though old and dated the value is excellent!!!

This spot although well worn was clean and right downtown. I parked my van full of equipment without any concern of theft. The staff assured me they'd be monitoring all night. It was lovely to get up and find local food and coffee. Would definitley stay here again!

My only complaint was the coffee service was at 0700. The next time I stay in Helena I would love to stay here again. I have usually stayed right off the freeway and this is the first time I have ever, in 50 years, ever stayed downtown. The rooms were very nice and the front desk person was very helpful and friendly. There is a microwave so next time I will bring a package of instant coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff were super awesome and location is fantastic but if you're a woman traveling alone or you're not used to staying in inns frequented by people in unstable housing situations then I would probably try to find somewhere else.

Great stay- walk out your room and into the unique and wonderful Gulch Ave District - can’t ask for better… the lady at front desk was so nice and very helpful and friendly :) it’s kept clean and the beds are decent. I will stay here next time I’m in Helena for sure. It’s around the $100/ mark so if you’re like me and despise paying ridiculous rates it is a gem!! ( to compare the Days inn which is mediocre was charging $400/ night!)
