Great location , beautiful little apaprtment inside. I think they are repairing some of the outside which needs it so thats great. The river outback is beautiful. We wanted to open the back door but you share a deck but still beautiful to see. We enjoyed the location being able to walk everywhere was great. Bed needs updated not comfy atvall. and direct TV never worked while we were there. Smart tv in living room with free tv but limited . Tv in bedroom direct tv only and couldnt use. But definitely more good than bad. Everything you need is there . Thanks for a lovely get away. I would definitely stay again with a better bed lol

Home wasn’t well kept and needs multiple fixes. Lights that didn’t work, fans didn’t work, holes in flooring joints, squeaky bed, extremely soft bed to the point of no sleep. Electrical plugs lose and light fixtures flickered. Previous guest clothing in dresser. No storage or counter space in bathroom. Very loud unit being right next to the road. Oh and no parking. Stairwells weren’t very sturdy or safe. Been to Helen for 19 years and this is the first time we left and don’t plan on coming back to these units or recommend them! Disappointed!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and the company was very friendly and offered easy and quick communication. If I had one small complaint, it would be the couch bed. It was okay for the small kids, but adults couldn't use it. The location was great and we loved being on the river and next to the park while still within an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We'd absolutely stay here again if we go back to Helen!

I actually booked the wrong dates. The next day Cabin rentals of Helen were very helpful in finding me a condo with the correct dates. Ultimately we stayed in Alpine condos. They are up to date, the host was very helpful and quickly to respond. We did need more bathroom linens but we managed.

The location was perfect to walk to all downtown activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the playground and park right next door. The condo was clean and newly renovated. Outside deck area with picnic table needs to be cleaned and updated. Swing area overlooking river also needs some attention. The view of the river was beautiful and the kids enjoyed playing around on the rocks in the river. The pull out couch was slanted and uncomfortable for my 5y/o and 7y/o. We did have a lovely stay overall.

This property was in a great location for walking to most activities associated with Oktoberfest in Helen. That is basically the only positive comment I have. It needs a good cleaning, there was a lot of dust and the floors were filthy. The deck is a shared area and it needs to be updated, clean up needs to be done outside. There was a swing by the river, but it was just mud to walk through to get to it. Some stepping stones or a gravel path would be nice. The unit we rented was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this building.

Lovely condo.

Everything was as described. We had some problems with the dryer that caused a long delay in our trip. It was difficult communicating with the owner, but they did eventually help us dry our clothes and get going. Besides that it was a great place--right by the river.

Clean, well appointed condo within walking distance to the downtown Christmas market & holiday lights. The condo was lightly decorated with a tiny fake Christmas tree, festive decor & had a cute electric fireplace to complete the feel. Everything was as depicted in the description.

Perfect location

Very impressed!

This location is an absolutely great choice for couples or couples with a small child. The cleanliness of the property and decor was very modern yet still had a country/river feel to it. The check in process was extremely smooth and we loved not having to worry about keeping up with a room key. Communication with property managers and office managers were also so simple and quick—yet they were extremely nice and professional. Air pumps out super cool. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need. The television is great quality. Overall, we truly loved this place and already are planning to return eventually. I know how hard it is to find a reliable place sometimes, but this one was a great fit for us.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our visit to Helen and this was a clean, safe, convenient, and quiet place to stay. You can walk to most places with ease from this condo. The condo had everything we needed including push sticks for tubing!

Nice Stay By the River

This was a cozy little condo in Helen by the river. I would like to report that the balcony is in no way a private balcony. People can walk by you two different ways, but mostly, we did not encounter but a couple of folks. It would have been nice if there was a screened door on the double door b/c we could've kept the door open to hear the river. On the plus side, it was clean, we were able to walk out the back door and hear and see the river and the bed was really comfy and cozy. Also walking distance to pretty much everything! I would stay again, but maybe try to get one of the units with an actual private deck.
