Our stay as fine until 7:30am on Monday, the day we were checking out. We were woken up by what sounded like a herd of elephants dancing on the roof. Our top floor room was literally shaking. When I called the front desk, a lady told me that the roof was being replaced and that they weren’t supposed to start until 11:00 (checkout time), but the manager told them to come earlier. We were never notified about the construction. Had we been notified, I would have stayed somewhere else so we could enjoy sleeping in on our vacation. Due to the noise, we were forced to get up early and checkout early. I feel like they should have notified guests that there would be construction going on so that guests could make an informed decision as to whether they wanted to be scared awake or stay somewhere else where they could enjoy the room they rented.

No they did roof repairs on the building that we stayed in and the shingles fell off the roof on to our car we were woke up this morning bye construction workers working on the roof sounded like the building was going to fall down go outside see the shingles on my car go to the office to complain and he tells me that because it's enough season they were trying to fix the roof we should have been told so we could move our cars and we could have been prepared to be woke up by hammering and work on the roof they totally ruined our vacation

Extremely disappointing stay. Location and hotel was fine. The TV had only a firestick. Couldn't see any news local or national. Lame choices. Almost didn't survive, After a long day of enjoying the area you want to relax and nope! Basically no TV for $100 per night.

The breakfast consisted of toast , bagels, cereal or waffles. No bacon no sausage and no eggs. I selected this location because i wanted to have breakfast without leaving the hotel. Disappointed, also there was a few charges on my credit card for snacks that i did not take, they said it was charged to my room by mistake. Should have been an easy fix, however the lady at the front desk claimed she didn't have the authority to fix the issue.
