Nice clean room, very accessible. Elevator ride was scary due to be bumpy. Need alternative to breakfast items by adding almond milk option, love the fresh fruit, should have other option besides sausage biscuits.

From the check in to check out , the young lady was so helpful! The room was immaculate and fresh. Plenty of towels, instructions for the television. Noise was minimal at the most! Strongly recommend this hotel if you’re in for the weekend! We will definitely book here again!

The rooms were very clean, but you had to warm up omelette that was almost frozen. The only other hot food was making your own waffles. There were bagels you could toast. Very friendly staff

Extremely Disappointed — One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room had an unbearable odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. We arrived late and exhausted, so changing hotels that night wasn’t an option. I honestly cannot understand how this property has received positive reviews about cleanliness or condition. The lamps, chairs, and furniture were dirty, rusty, and in very poor shape. Everything felt neglected and unhygienic. I’m truly sorry to write such a negative review, but I want to be honest so that other travelers don’t go through the same disappointment. I trusted the high ratings and positive comments, but my experience was completely different.

Oh boy… I really hope this doesn’t make me sound spoiled compared to the other reviewers who have stayed here. I feel like most people who write lengthy reviews usually had something specific happen to them, so bear with me. This hotel area is fine. Dahlonega is a quiet town. It’s easy to get in and out of. Front parking is minimal. There is plenty of parking in the back but what is unfortunately about having a room in the front but parking in the back, their elevator is broken. So we had to climb 4 flights of stairs in the back but only 2 flights in the front of the building. The rooms need redone. Badly. Very outdated. Shower head with weak water pressure, the water from the sink with spider, dirt in the corners of door frames, and stains on towels. Cleanliness was manageable to an extent I guess. Except for the dead stink bug in the corner. This is where the specific concern comes into play. When we checked in, she gave us the wrong room number. Luckily no one was there but the room hadn’t been cleaned, beds undone. Out of all the jobs that are required of a hotel, a fresh and correct room is the first of their job. Leaving us with a terrible impression from the start. I thought the bed was ok, but some of my family woke up feeling uncomfortable. No padding on the mattress at all. The chairs were fine. I didn’t want to sit in the fabric chair. Tv was fine. The screen was dark and we couldn’t adjust it. I didn’t try any of the other items. not great but not bad.
