Beware Vacasa

Great place Great spot Communication from Vacasa and resort needs work. A change in vehicle was not transmitted to resort after multiple attempts before arrival and during arrival. Caused unnecessary delay and a bit of concern. Literally had to stand at guard shack while talking to Vacasa agent to get them to try and understand what guard needed to let a vehicle in to property. Not good

Annual Sisters Retreat

We had seven females in our group and the property accommodated the space we needed. Additionally, we had a small concern with a broken toilet seat and the manager responded and corrected the problem with an hour. I highly recommend this property for a get away or a retreat.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. We were quite impressed with everything this home had to offer, from the kitchen appliances to the wonderful firepit on the upper deck. We found that the home was also conveniently located just a short drive down the hill into town. We will be visiting Helen again, and will be definitely looking to book this home again, if it is available.

Nice property

We loved the property, perfect. Issue with Vacasa. Before, during and after on over 10 occasions I inquired about the access to the pool as advertised. It was part of my search criteria. Very disappointed to learn it was not available. This isn’t the fault of the owner, Vacasa should be ashamed of their lack of transparency on something that was important to me.

BEAUTIFUL place but parking was a little difficult

The ONLY negative is the parking for here if you have more than one vehicle. The house was BEAUTIFULLY decorated for Christmas!! We had 6 adults and two 2 year old's, and we had plenty of room! I would definitely recommend this home!

The inside of the property was exactly as described. It was a nice place. It was a short ride to town but the roads getting in and out of the development were very curvy.

Weekend getaway

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 8. The kids loved having downstairs to themselves. It’s much closer to town than I expected and just a few minutes from everything. The driveway is very steep but we managed to fit 3 cars. The rental process was so easy! Would recommend!
