The property seems renovated not too long ago. However, there are too many issues. Upon everything the room, there's that kind of staple smell. The under window havc unit emits a bad smell when heat is turned on. For some reason, the room turned really warm when the temperature is set to only 69 and the unit isn't even running. There are unpatched holes in bathroom. Drain is slow. Sink faucet water pressure is really low.

First bad sign was the mold on the air conditioning vent which I had to clean with Clorox wipes that we brought so we wouldn’t be breathing in the mold. Then there were the stains on the top bed cover, then the Christmas tree air freshener hanging on the bed railing under the sheet. Then only half the mirror had working lights and the shower room did not have a led light so it was very dim while trying to get ready and while taking a shower. Overall, we basically had to turn every light on to see because we kept the blackout shades down because we were on the bottom floor in front of the parking lot and wanted privacy from the other guests coming and going. Then to top it off, the toilet paper roll was sitting on the back of the toilet because the holder was out of the wall and sitting under the bathroom counter behind the hair dryer. We did not ask to move rooms, because they already had changed our room between the time we checked in, went to have lunch and then came back at 4 to go to our room, because of a lot of construction workers were staying there. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast and cereal and the juice machine was completely unplugged so your choices were coffee, tea or milk.

We have stayed here before and love it. So we booked again. Helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast is pouched eggs and sausage along with waffles etc…. Indoor pool is heated and it felt amazing even though it wax warm outside. Will stay again!

The front desk staff was very helpful navigating difficulties w/ check in. Breakfast was less than mediocre for normal hot meal breakfast. Hard boiled eggs and watered down coffee. Stale bagels. Room was clean but properly outside was not. Trash piled up @ both back exits & flies everywhere because of overflowing trash in lobby, and outside exits.
