Front desk staff- Great! Especially Shay! However, that was the positive. NEGATIVE: The room needed several repairs: fireplace not working, shelf fell on me in closet, several lamps not working, sink clogged, roaches(dead and alive), mildew in shower, microwave had so much rust, fans had thick layers of dust!! (They tried to send in maintenance on my last day but I refused cause it was my last day to have peace and quiet)

The room felt more like a motel, lighting in the room was poor. You could feel the coils in the matress, the room was super old dated. The carpet was sticky. The property has potential but they need major renovations. We will not be staying there again.

We had a great stay! We were into for a family wedding which was held at another spot. This resort was only 13 miles from the wedding. We stayed in the treeetopper lodge. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. This was our first time and we will definitely return when we can stay longer. There are many amenities we didn’t have time to experience.
