This hotel is a great location, walking distance to everything in Helen. The room was average, not dirty but also not immaculately clean. Nice shower, comfy beds. Breakfast was what you would expect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful there. Only downside was the very scattered check in process — it really took an entire 20 minutes to get checked in. The desk staff was very friendly but also very confused. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved the place, the noise above us was bad

Love the place. The hotel is beautiful. Had a nice indoor pool, had a little gym room that was clean very convenient. The only thing that was bad was the noise from the kids in the room up above us. You could hear people walking around and jumping late at night It woke us up early in the morning too when they got up it would be so much better with younger kids lol bottom floor, and adult adults who were by themselves on the top floor

The front desk lady was extremely rude originally. She wouldn’t look at my confirmation on my phone and the name she paired w/ our reservation wasn’t ours. She was very difficult.

The pool is, of course, small but sufficient for kids to play. Family friendly. Suite was very spacious, but could have used additional seating and lighting in main bedroom. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety

Just okay for two nights

Bathroom sink drained very slowly as did the shower . Carpeting blackened the bottom of white socks in a matter of minutes. I didn't complain as I've stayed elsewhere in the area with worse conditions. I paid more for this place thinking it would be better. Breakfast was wonderful and staff is great! Walking distance to town.

I would have to say that the staff at this hotel is one of the best I’ve experienced. They went above and beyond, were very friendly and personable a pleasure to deal with.

Slow check in process, was only given one keycard that actually worked so had to go back to the desk and get another but attendant was on her smoke break so had to go back a 3rd time. Very run down property and dirty. I booked a king suite and couldn’t use the sofa to even sit on without putting towels over it. The only good thing about it was the breakfast buffet
