Several areas found to be sub-par and needing improvement - The microwave in room did not work. The fridge was turned down and defrosted/leaked on floor ruined our food. The towel rack in bathroom was nasty - chipped finish and peeling. No towel hook or rack near bathtub. Light on left side of bed inoperative. Had to figure out how TV worked - 2 remotes required- 1 to choose source and 1 to operate. Only one coffee dispenser utilized - had to wait for it to be refilled. We Have been more satisfied at prior Hampton stays.

Front desk was very nice. Room was dirty. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep after a long day of traveling. The room smelled like someone had sprayed a bottle of Axe cologne and wet dog. Shower drain full of hair. Utensils behind the dresser. Countertops sticky. It was gross. We slept for a few hours on our own blanket and left. If we weren’t so tired we would have left, it was not a clean hotel. Carpet needs to be replaced and the rooms need to be cleaned. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve seen in some time. I was very disappointed and will not stay here again.

They have on their sign It's a great breakfast, and it's barely a breakfast. What turned me off the most was how disgustingly dirty the chairs in the dining room were. Then, it advertise a heated pool, and you couldn't even get to the pool as they had it closed.Because they are changing it from a heated pool that was also on the marquee, a heated pool. The lady who checked us in was very, very sweet.And the young lady with the long dark hair that was at the breakfast Area most of the time was very sweet. The cleaning people were very nice.But the lady did not speak english. The gentleman who I can only assume was the owner was not very friendly. Everyone else was nice. They told us to put our dirty towels out the door and they would refresh them.But that did not happen as we had to ask when we returned at night.Where our towels were.

The staff is very friendly, however this property needs to be updated and cleaned. Stains in the comforters, carpet is old, bugs in the ceiling fixtures, …. I guess we expected more due to the name…. And price!! Smells of musty mildew.

Bathroom sink would not drain, bathroom door creaked the whole distance from open to close. Asked for both things to be fixed and neither was. Anytime anyone went to the bathroom in middle of the night, the whole room woke. The sink was disgusting. In the morning the previous night’s teeth brushing water was still half full. Also, picked the hotel because of the indoor pool, which was out of service our entire stay, with no heads-up given.

Terrible

This hotel should be closed for renovations. Mold on the ceiling and bathroom floor, curtain rod was broken. There was a lot of dust and crumbs behind the beds. One light above the nightstand did not work. Bathroom room was very squeaky. Chairs in the dining room were all stained. I could go on but I won't. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The girl at the front desk helped me get in the pool area, and she said they had the temperature at 100. But I stepped into the water and it was very cold. We also had a problem with the remote control for the TV, same girl came to our room 3 different times to try to help us but we could only get the channels if we put them in.
