We arrived Monday afternoon and left early Thursday morning. Not once did housekeeping clean our room or restock our towels or empty the trash. We had an infant with us so I bagged up our trash and took it downstairs to the trash can. I also had to hunt down housekeeping for towels, toilet paper, etc.

Room was never resupplied; we had to track someone down. Worst buffet breakfast ever - a few paltry items. They should be forced to take the “great breakfast “ text off their sign. I can’t believe Wyndham accepts their level of service. We will travel to Cornelia a few times a year, and won’t be returning here.

We had to request a change of room because there were roaches and the room smelled bad, the mirrors were not clean, the bathtub was old and the celing was damaged due to a leak and was not repaired. The second room was better but the bathtub was also old and in need of replacement. The breakfast was not bad but they do not refill the food trays and we had to ask for bread because the basket was empty. At check out i was told that final receipt will be sent to my email but I didn't received it.
