We had to request a change of room because there were roaches and the room smelled bad, the mirrors were not clean, the bathtub was old and the celing was damaged due to a leak and was not repaired. The second room was better but the bathtub was also old and in need of replacement. The breakfast was not bad but they do not refill the food trays and we had to ask for bread because the basket was empty. At check out i was told that final receipt will be sent to my email but I didn't received it.

Our room had a very sharp smell upon entering which we used room spray for each time we entered. Pillows are the size of throw pillows. Room service only stocked 3 towels for our family of 4 and although they did come replenish and empty trash they never remade the beds. Our comforter had stains on it that looked like a burn mark maybe from an iron or something. Pool room had zero ventilation so the steam was trapped and fell from the ceiling onto everything. Breakfast was ok- smaller than most. Everyone was welcoming and nice.

It was definitely an older property and could use some updating but my main issue is that on Expedia it says free breakfast and has a picture of a hot breakfast set up (eggs, sausage that type stuff) but when we got there they said they only do that on weekends!!

As soon as we walked into the lobby it felt dirty. Guest services associate was friendly. We walked into our room and was so thankful we only had one night to stay. It was obvious they tried to cover up the dared and dirtiness with a fresh coat of paint. Didn’t help. Air didn’t cook room off. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Bed was very uncomfortable.
