Holiday house in Hejlsminde, in a slightly elevated position and therefore with a view towards the coast and to the water in the Little Belt from the terrace. The house was lovingly renovated a few years ago and is at the same time comfortably and stylishly furnished. It offers a nice setting for a relaxing family holiday close to the Baltic Sea. The center of the house is the open kitchen / living area for family life, including a cozy dining and sitting area as well as a fireplace for cooler evenings. The house's energy-efficient heat pump also ensures climate-friendly heating all year round, thereby reducing ancillary costs. On hot days, this can also be used as air conditioning. The holiday home also offers two bedrooms and a bathroom. The terrace area in front of the kitchen / living area is partially covered and serves as an extension of the room on warm days. Other terraces surround the house, partly covered and equipped with seating. Enjoy the beautiful view towards the coast and the water on the horizon from here. There is a swing frame for children on the property. No rental to youth groups desired!
