About this property

A 90-square-meter attic apartment, lovingly furnished. Discover the idyllic town of Selfkant.

This beautiful attic apartment (accessible only by stairs) is located in the old village school of Erpen, right in the heart of idyllic Selfkant.
It’s equipped with everything you need for a few days of relaxation. With a spacious 90 square meters of living space, a completely open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and the original exposed roof beams, this apartment is truly exceptional. With a glass of wine in hand, the fire in the wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy romantic evenings.
Located in the small “cow village” of Erpen, your apartment—despite its tranquility and seclusion—serves as a central starting point for a variety of daily excursions.
The Selfkantbahn, Lago Laprello, Gangelt Wildlife Park, and Brunnssumer Heath are just a few of the worthwhile destinations. Great biking and hiking trails offer an authentic “PURE NATURE” experience.

The Brunssummer Heide, which encompasses a diverse landscape of heathlands, forests, moors, sandy plains, and the headwaters of the Rode Beek, is perfect for long hikes and bike rides. The heather blooms from mid-August through early September, and the area is popular with hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers.
