The hotel operates like a factory: way too little personnel to address the needs of customers. The dining options are not really options: over-priced buffer or an a la carte restaurant which does not take any table reservations. We got tired of waiting and simply drove to another place to have dinner. The rooms are not cleaned every day (not even towels replaced which is strange as the hotel focuses on sporting).

Overall a good experience. I can’t get used to the double beds that aren’t really joined together. Pool and sauna areas were excellent. Food was expensive. Lots of families enjoying the school holiday.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area

A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Would most definitely stay again

Todella keskinkertainen kokemus joka saralla. Niin hotellihuone, palvelu hotellissa ja aamiainen. Varsinkin aamiainen oli pettymys, esillepano ei houkutellut, valikoima erittäin niukka ja perustasoa. Keskinkertaista illallista piti jonottaa yli tunti. Valitettavsti en suosittele. Parkkipaikkoja ei löytynyt (maksu piti kuitenkin maksaa) ja aamiaisella paikkaa piti etsiä 15 min.
