We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was a Castle view which didn’t disappoint, fully air conditioned with rain fall shower in the bathroom. You are on 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from the old town, there is a good range of places to eat nearby with many more in the old town. We used the hotel underground car park for ease but there are many more places nearby. Heidelberg is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back.

Disliked: Amenities
Hotel could have communicated its parking situation. Super confusing entrance and everything is very laissez faire. Room is clean, but no amenities worth writing about. Very clinical. Staying in the area for two days. Location is decent. Won’t book here again.

This was a great hotel for our visit, offering a view of the castle while being not too far from the train station. It was easy to get to/from for our stay. Also very quiet and modern, you had to scan to access your hallway. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags while we explored after check out.

Parking is a little confusing, as there is a ground area, and a underground parking garage, don't know which one I should park.... But thankfully hey have a place to park your car as oppose to some other places of similarly priced hotel/motels.
