The hotel itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a restaurant in the hotel. I also found that the street in and around the hotel was very untidy with lots of debris and leaves and nothing was cleaned up.

A very tastefully decorated, spacious and clean hotel with friendly staff, a nice bar and a great breakfast. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the old town, but that's not a big deal if you like walking.

Great location, walking distance to the train station and in a quiet area of the city. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Well furnished. Breakfast is good, if a bit pricey. The lobby area is perfect to take a break or get some work done.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg.
