We had a great stay! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect—we could walk straight into the Old Town. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. There was also convenient parking in a garage just around the corner.

We loved this place! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 14 and 16 year old boys. The room we stayed in was wonderful and clean and it had air conditioning! That is super rare and super wonderful for here in Europe! The breakfast was delightful and the staff were so very kind. We drove our car and parking was a little bit unique (the staff at the hotel helped us out greatly). When next in Heidelberg we know exactly where we will stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Heidelberger Hof, especially due to the working air conditioning in my room. The only thing that I missed in a 4-star rated hotel was a coffee and tea maker in my room and shampoo. The body wash did not work for my type of hair. That would have made my stay perfect.
