Perfect location, nice rooms and good breakfast. Convenient parking within same building. Nice terrace with view on castle. Very nice staff. We were able to use washing machine and dryer for small laundry batch. Only negative is mattress and pillows were too soft to my liking.

Above a car park but we were not disturbed and had a great night's sleep. We had a lovely clean room with a balcony overlooking the town. Breakfast was plentiful and had some nice touches. Parking was discounted as we were guests... Staff were helpful and friendly.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was in a great location walkable to almost anything you want to do in old town. The funicular to get up to the castle is right outside the elevator, which was really nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I was even offered fruit and a roll on the morning that I had to leave before the buffet was open, which was really sweet. My only complaint was the lack of air-conditioning. It was around 90° the days I stayed and got pretty uncomfortable in the room. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Basic, efficient accommodations. Unusual entrance via a parking garage elevator. Staff was gracious and helpful. Room was clean, good beds, and had a fantastic view of the Schloss. No AC so be aware if the weather is hot. They did provide a fan which helped but the room was hot during the day. If your goal is to visit the Schloss and you want something in the heart of town, it’s a solid option.

Room clean, staff friendly especially the two who served breakfast. Parking a bit trick - if followed google map, you will have to find the entry of the building… and take ticket to get in, the hotel lobby is on 7th floor of the parking building. Hotel staff will give you a ticket for parking discount.
