The sleeping area has a double bed. In the sitting area, you can enjoy streaming services, ideal for cosy evenings watching a film or series. The spacious bathroom offers a bath/shower combination, so you can choose how you want to relax. There is also a kitchenette where you can easily prepare a light meal, ideal for a quick breakfast or lunch. Small fridge with freezer compartment available.

Convenience is paramount with parking available right outside the door, so you can be settled in within a few steps. In front of the entrance, you will find comfortable lounge chairs with a beautiful view of the cherry orchard where alpacas roam – a perfect place to enjoy nature and tranquillity. Heers, a picturesque municipality in the fertile Haspengouw region, is strategically located between Sint-Truiden and Tongeren-Borgloon, close to the Walloon border. The landscape, with its rolling hills, is rich in orchards, vineyards, castles and charming chapels. As part of the Hart van Haspengouw Landscape Park, Heers offers an ideal environment for walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the seasonal beauty and local craftsmanship. Two walking loops even pass directly by the Smishoeve.

Breakfast is an extra service that can be booked with the owner.
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner Between 22:00 - 9:00 and 22:00 - 9:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises
