Rural Vacation Home on Lake Heeder!!

With approximately 95 m² of living space spread over two levels, a private garden, and a spacious terrace, this very well-equipped vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people.

The Sonnenschein vacation home is located in the municipality of Heede, in the Dörpen district.
It is approximately 100 m from the beach, which features crystal-clear water, a playground, and a water ski facility.
Within a radius of about 2.5 km, there are several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and a pharmacy.
An indoor swimming pool and the tourist information office are about 6 km away.
The Ems River, with its beautiful Emsland Bike Path, is 2.5 km away.
Papenburg is about 20 km away, home to the Meyer shipyard, among other attractions. The Dutch border and the historic Bourtange Fortress are about 7 km away.

Inside the vacation home, you’ll find a spacious living-dining area with a TV and Wi-Fi.
A spacious kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a double bed and furniture providing ample storage space.
Two additional beds are located in the third bedroom. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, two sinks, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
Of course, towels, bed linens, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.
The terrace features a charcoal grill, a table, and 6 chairs. There is a covered area for e-bikes, and there are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Our vacation home is a smoke-free property. Pets allowed upon request.
