GOOD TO KNOW
- Firewood may be available on site for fire pit use.
- The nearest grocery store is approximately 20 minutes away—plan accordingly or stop on the way.
- All-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) is required during colder months for safe driveway access. Roads inside the neighborhood are plowed at 4 inches or more.
- During forest fire season (March 1–May 31 and October 1–December 31), no open burning is permitted between 7am and 5pm per WV Division of Forestry regulations.
- Please clean up after pets and use provided blankets to protect furniture.
- Do not leave food outside overnight—wildlife in the area will be attracted.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated red cans at the bottom of the driveway.
- Do not use charcoal in the propane grill; you will be held responsible for damages.
