Welcome back to our newly remodeled 5-Star Little Red River Retreat
After a few years as a full-time rental, our beloved riverfront home is once again available for vacation stays! We are excited to welcome back our previous guests and introduce new visitors to the peaceful beauty, excellent fishing, and outdoor adventures of the Little Red River.

Perfect for families, couples, anglers, and lake lovers, this comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath riverfront retreat sits between Cow Shoals and Ritchie Shoals, one of the area's premier stretches for trout fishing. Spend your mornings casting from the private dock, your afternoons exploring nearby Greers Ferry Lake, and your evenings gathered around the fire pit beneath the stars.

Bedroom 1: Private bedroom (Queen) with convenient access to a full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable private bedroom (King) near the second full bathroom.

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave beds unmade with sheets on them & place used towels on shower floor. -Put all trash in garbage bags and place the bags in container outside by screen porch. All garbage must be in a bag!
-Please move furniture back in place (avoid scratching floors or damaging furniture). -If you have a service animal, please clean up inside and outside.
-Set thermostat to 80 in summer and 55 in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Clean and great location

The cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Dock is in a great spot on the river. Caught my limit of trout in no time!

Great place and the best fishing

We had a wonderful time this weekend at Trout Haven. The fishing this weekend was great, we caught lots of fish. We can't wait to come back again. We so appreciate you working with us on the schedule so we could enjoy this weekend on the Little Red River.

Weekend getaway

I had a wonderful time in Heber this weekend the property is very cozy and clean and in beautiful location. Couldn’t ask for a more quiet peaceful stay. Property is in a good location, just a short drive to all the fishing spots I visited. Also I caught several fish right off the floating dock just behind the house. Over all a great stay & I hope to return soon.

Awesome Stay

This place was excellent . The owners communicated with me every step of the way . I had a small hiccup booking and the owner made sure I was taken care of... the property is really nice. The house had everything We needed and the view is beautiful . Can’t wait to come back and visit

Heber Springs vacation

Over all our stay was great couldn't ask for any better accommodations. Tracy was very prompt on any questions. Very pleased with our stay .We ended up forgetting some special pictures there and Tracy was very understanding and offered to send them to us.. Thanks again for everything.

We had a good time overall, had issue with old plastic mini blinds in house, our dog attempted to get peek out window and the slats of mini blind crumbled into pieces. Then we attempted to raise other blinds so he could look out and those we attempted to raise also crumbled into pieces.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Not super luxurious but for a river cabin it was great. Everything was really clean and seemed very well provisioned. We didn't really cook but it looked like everything we might have needed was available. The beds were really comfortable and the furniture all seemed on the newer side and made for great lounging. There is a great view of the river and we spent a lot of time just watching the water and fog on the very cold river move past. There is a great dock for fishing or sitting closer to the water. It was unbearable hot so we didn't spend much time outside. Which was unfortunate because we had been looking forward to a fire in the fire pit that is right outside. There is a screened in porch and an indoor sun porch. Tracy has always been very responsive. I highly recommend a stay here.

House Trailer Heaven

The musty 25 year house trailer and deteriorating property has its charm. Authentic low budget rural Arkansas in the flesh, complete with period staging to complete the experience. One must be willing to step into the life to enjoy it. We did. Surprised to find (after being charged an additional cleaning fee) that the guests are required to do the the cleaning before they leave despite having paid a cleaning fee in the rental amount. So, be prepared to experience the rural Arkansas lifestyle and remember to bring your cleaning supplies (apparently not provided because there weren't any) or expect an additional cleaning charge on your bill. Message received from the host following stay: "renters had a dog as there was dog hair everywhere when they left. they did not pay the pet fee and they also left the place extremely messy. dirty dishes in sink, on stove and coffee pot, ALL of the linens and towels were filthy!! 7 loads of laundry had to be done. very messy renters. will never rent again to them again “.

Peaceful get away

Very peaceful experience, it is a steep walk down to the boat dock. The rental is a little older, but in a quite area. The owner is very easy to reach with any questions or problems.

Enjoyed the property but the ants were horrible

We enjoyed the property, the trailer was clean. There were dishes left in the dishwasher so we washed them again just to be safe. There was a horrible ant infestation though, and we lost a lot of our food! We sprayed but it didn't help.
