We had a wonderful time at the Nest in Heber Springs. The property borders the lake, which is just a one-minute walk from the back of the property. My children and our dog loved dipping their feet in the clear, warm water. Eden Isle Marina is just two miles away and has some great food options—we especially enjoyed the tacos, salad bowls, and desserts. From the marina, you can also buy any lake gear you may need, rent a pontoon boat, and feed the carp and turtles. The property was perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The upper deck is gated, so we were able to let our dog spend a good bit of time out there. We brought a lot of our own food, so having two refrigerators (one upstairs and one downstairs) was very convenient. The host was also very responsive. We highly recommend this lakefront property and hope to be back next year.

This place was very nice. It is perfectly setup for a pet friendly rental. It's steps from the lake and we loved the easy walk. We very much enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped. I honestly don't think the pictures did the place justice. It was much nicer than we expected and we were thrilled. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place.
