The property is conveniently located for travelers. You are just 25 minutes from the Provo bus and train stations, and approximately 45 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

-House Rules:

To help everyone enjoy their stay and maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

- Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Occupancy: Your nightly rate includes up to 16 guests. Any additional people (including daytime visitors).
- Pets: We do not allow pets. Service animals must be approved.
- Parking: A maximum of 6 cars are permitted. All vehicles must fit in the garage and driveway.

Due to strict city rules, parking on the street is not permitted at any time. Failure to follow the rules may result in fines

* If you would like to rent a cot, please inform us before your arrival so we can get them set up for you.
* We do not provide coffee, coffee filters, or propane for the gas BBQ. Guests often leave some behind, but we recommend you bring your own.
* The ice maker in the refrigerator is not functional due to previous damage to our floor. Please plan accordingly and bring your own ice.

Wonderful home, very clean and lots of space for everyone to spread out. The little ones loved the toys and books, and the game room and closet playroom with the “secret door” were big hits! We also appreciated the very large driveway, a truck and boat and other vehicles fit just fine. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return!

The home has nice sized bedrooms with nice sheets and comforters. The game room is a big hit with the kids. Kitchen is well stocked, pantry is huge. The hot tub is nice but it needs a cleaning of the filter cartridge and the water line but the hot tub itself is great. We had one issue with the upstairs AC, we called the host and they had someone there within hours to get it fixed so they were super responsive and great to deal with.

We stayed at Toni’s house for a family get together! We loved the location! Close to Deer Creek, Bridal Veil Falls, Midway, and do much more. The house accommodated our family well and had a lot there for the kids to do! They were so quick to respond with any questions! Great stay!!

Perfect women's retreat!

We loved this property! It was clean, modern, and had enough beds for all of us to have our own (super important for our group!). We loved the main floor gathering space, including the bright kitchen, ample dining room table, and the wonderful cozy sectional. It was the perfect place to hide from real life and renew for a weekend!

Lovely newer large home, nice decor, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for my group of traveling business colleagues - giving everyone plenty of space. Basement was chilly, but owners helped us problem solve that. Very responsive.

So clean!

The space seemed very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans and bowls. Communication was excellent and minor issues were resolved promptly. The only real negative was that one of the bedrooms did not have enough privacy; the French doors to the bedroom had glass with no curtains. The home was so comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommended vacation property for mountain activities

I booked this property for my friend group's annual ski trip and we were very pleased with the whole process and the property itself. The place had plenty of space for 16 adults and all the amenities that you would expect from a vacation rental. The location was also perfect - less than 5 minutes to get groceries and local eateries and 20 minutes to Park City (leave early to beat traffic). Personally, I really appreciated all the cooking appliances and utensils that were included with the property, because we cooked all our dinners for the trip. As for areas of improvement, we think it would have been more convenient if the property came with more bath towels. Also, we could not figure out how to get the main living room's surround sound to work (could not locate AV controls). Overall, this property was a 5 star experience, and I would recommend it to any small or large group looking for a place close to the mountains without having to pay the premium price tag.
