The rooms were clean and very modern but the amenities such as pool was green and not usable and restaurant / bar is not open and apparently televisions there is no signal so they didn’t work ! So definitely check with hotel what works and what doesn’t before you book as you book as the photos

Nice room, almost apartment sized, clean, and the hotel is well located. would have given 9/10 for the price except the soundproofing is poor, sounded like the guy snoring in the room above was lying next to me and we could hear next door's conversation at a level where we understood some words. If you're a heavy sleeper not worth worrying about but if your'e a light sleeper definitely worth keeping in mind.

I received easy check in information via text message earlier on my arrival day. When i got to the hotel, i found the room to be super spacious, especially as i had been upgraded to an apartment..Bathroom was modern and room was clean.

The room was spacious and clean and had a comfortable large bed. We booked this hotel as it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not maintained and was quite dirty. There was no mention upon booking that the pool would be out of order. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

The location was good. Staff was friendly. Pool was not working for awhile. Rooms smell and smell was bad in the morning. Bathroom in room 13 was flooded after a shower due to poor drainage and water did not drain the next morning. The smell has been there but the next morning was bad. Found a hair on the sink in room 12 and also the kettle was not that clean.

Basic room. Quite small but very clean Room was up quite a steep set of stairs. This was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Only had 1 night there and would have been happy with the room except our stay was ruined by people in the adjoining room. The walls were paper thin as we could hear their conversation They came in at approximately 11pm and talked for hours then alarms went off at 4am and once again the talking and laughing started and did not stop until they left around7am. Definitely need to sound proof the wall between the rooms.

The inn is about a 35-40 minute drive from Bendigo but it was such a great place to drive along one long road but for us it was definitely worth it. Tina and Ana were lovely and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. Bathroom facilities were clean beds were comfy a lot better than we expected! Definitely recommend if you aren’t too fussed on driving a bit if you are going Bendigo.

Tina was very helpful at checkin but the property is up for sale and has been let go abit The dining and bar etc is no longer open The tv in my room was lucky to be 16” My computer monitor is bigger!
