Everything about this place was absolutely amazing the customer service the cleanliness the beauty I couldn't say enough about the whole stay but being greeted with smiling faces during check-in was awesome it was my 50th birthday and once one person heard they all made an effort to make sure they told me happy birthday and welcome me I can't remember if the young lady that checked me in his name was Jamie or Tammy but she was phenomenal went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure that we were happy and to make sure that I had a great stay for my 50th birthday we only had two days book there and we had four days booked at the Westgate River Ranch there in Florida if I would have only known the difference in how we would be treated and the accommodations I definitely would have opted to stay at the inn on the lakes the entire stay. My aunt will be coming into town for her birthday in February and I am 100% comfortable knowing that she will be well taken care of and she will enjoy her stay any of my family that goes down to visit my parents in the area I will definitely recommend that they stay at the Inn.

Great staff the best restaurant in Sebring is inside the hotel. It’s on the water very nice very elegant. It’s not a five star hotel but it’s pretty darn close and it’s the price of a three star hotel. I would consider it the best hotel in Sebring or within an hour drive up there awesome place highly suggested.

The property is absolutely beautiful! There is a lot of traffic noise. The room we stayed in had wobbly ikea type furniture & you couldn't use any of the drawers. The route to the room took you in thru the lobby and up the stairs or elevator then down a hallway to another set of 3 stairs with no railing. We had a hard time navigating those stairs let alone trying to manage our luggage. The staff was very accomodating and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful place. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful, and having breakfast delivered to your door is a definite plus. Can’t wait to stay again!
