First, this was a last minute reservations during the peak season. It is primarily an RV Park (a large one) and I had a room. The noise from the RVs were limited primarily in the mornings.
Second, it is very close to Denali, so I was pretty much gone during the days and too exhauted when I crashed.
Third, the room was definitely slanted (floor). It was adequate for what I needed...shower and bed since I just spent 21 days in the back country. Noise in the common area consisted of several uses of the microwave usage...do not expect to sleep in here (RVs leaving early in the mornings).
Pros: About 8 miles from the Denali National Park entrance. Room was small, but clean. A plug in heater was provided. There's also a plug in fan. There is a min-refrigerator in the room. There were extra blankets if needed. Hair dryer is provided. There was a bottle of something on the wall of the shower - not sure if it was soap, shampoo, or a combination. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick.
Cons: The shower is tight and it took a while for the water to get hot. I recommend turning on the water and letting it run before stepping into the shower as there isn't any room to stand without the water hitting you and it would be freezing. You make your own beds. Could hear the highway traffic all night, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. I could still hear the traffic even with wearing ear plugs.
Nice enough place to rest your head for a couple of nights. Staff was great. Rooms are a little outdated. The common space was a little loud outside our room at night. But other than that, no complaints if you're looking for a place to sleep with running water!

We did a quick overnight trip to Denali National Park. This was motel convenient to the park and adequate.
Spent 6 nights with another couple in one of their family units. Had plenty of space for the four adults. Was a plus to have a kitchen available. The bathroom was quite roomy and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here again as the location can't be beat!
Amazing place at an affordable price. Just away from town.

Out by itself and very close quarters
The motel is very old with a communal coffee, microwave seating area. Rooms are very cramped and the bathroom is very tiny with a shower stall that was probably 9'
square. No heat or A/C in the room, just a heater and a fan. My heater didn't work and the office closes in the evening so I traded out with an open, empty room but very annoying. Property is out by itself so you have to drive several miles to get to food or shopping. Beautiful area and the folks were nice. Looked like a popular area for RV'S but the hotel was very close quarters.
Very cleanly maintained. We ended up forgetting to check out on time and they were nice enough to pack everything for us and keep it neatly without charging us anything extra.
A nice rustic place to stay at. It has the essentials!

They gave good customer service, ready to help me or provide me with my needs: toilet paper, trash bags, quarters for laundry, fresh coffee, dry towels.
The coffee maker and microwave are in the hallway. They had Bigelow oolong tea bags also. From the sign in the bathroom the place used to be a KOA, campground of America. There is a little store on the property...we drove to Heally were there is The Three Bears Grocery store. We enjoyed dinner at the Diamond golf course restaurant which is off a side road to the left on the road to Heally...we saw bunnies on that road so please drive carefully.
