FOOM WAS IN NEED OF SERIOUS UPDATE. I booked partially because they showed a pictuire of wonderful fireplace. In truth, the flame was blue in color and 2" in height. We looked at two other rooms in hopes of a working fireplace but they were the same. NON FUNCTIONAL. Staff was great!

The hotel's hot water was not working. We found out at 8 p.m. when trying to take a shower after a day of hiking. The hotel said we could check out (at 9 p.m.) and go to a different hotel and get a refund or stay and get a refund. We stayed. The next day the hot water was still not working. When I went to check out and get my refund I was told that since we stayed at the hotel, we would not get a full refund. This was not wat was told to me the night before. The staff was not helpful and didn't have the same messaging between the different managers on duty. This was a Hilton but lacked any of the expected Hilton service. Don't bother staying here.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the experience was ultimately very disappointing. While the room itself was fine, there was no hot water in the morning, which meant I could not take a shower at all. I contacted the help desk, and the only solution offered was to go to an adjacent hotel to shower. That is completely unacceptable. I paid to stay in this hotel and expect basic amenities—like hot water—to be available in my own room, not in another building. This is a fundamental issue, not a minor inconvenience, and it ruined the stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel unless they fix such basic reliability problems.

Don't let the photos fool you, they are way better than the place itself. We reserved the free standing tub room but it was not available upon check in. The fireplace has a fire about as big as a match, useless. No free breakfast as advertised, only coffee. Hot tub is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2.
