Such a great place to stay, and an ideal home base for Sonoma County. The included valet parking was so easy, the car was basically ready anytime I wanted it. Big modern rooms. Good amenities between the sister hotels on the block. Location is so great, walked everywhere.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful the facilities are nice and it’s close to all, but the Main Street is loud, especially in the morning hours.

We had a very frustrating experience at this property. We checked in late, hoping for a quiet night and some much-needed rest—but that didn’t happen at all. The pool was freezing cold and unusable, and our neighbors were incredibly loud throughout the night. Their kids were banging on the walls and making noise well into the early hours—an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, there was a constant noise coming from what sounded like an electrical closet or inside the walls, which made it even harder to sleep. I asked for a late checkout just to get a bit of rest after a rough night, and the best they could offer was 12:30pm—only 30 minutes past the normal time, and even that felt begrudgingly given. Overall, the service was poor, the environment was loud and uncomfortable, and the entire experience was very disappointing. Definitely not what we expected.
