Situated on a serene 1-acre property off esteemed Dry Creek rd, it has vaulted ceilings and a bright and open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen. The ensuite bedroom sits on the west side of the house and the den/work space sits on the east side with views of the flower farm and 2 miniature donkeys. A powder room and a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer complete this elegant space.
All utilities included-electric, gas, water and sewer and internet. Option for bi-weekly house cleaning and pets negotiable.
The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
