• 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked; the full bath has a charming clawfoot tub and shower, best suited to guests without mobility or balance concerns

• Fully equipped kitchen: French press, drip coffee maker, bean grinder, tea kettle, dishwasher

• Front & back decks for lounging, gas BBQ, hot tub under the stars (in a residential neighborhood, so there is some visibility from neighboring homes)

• High Chair and Portable Crib available for guest use
