"It was the worst communication I’ve ever experienced I talked the 2 people the day I was arriving to my hotel and they both were very respectful and told me the check on time I gave them was okay as long as I let them know. I call I hr before I get there a new lady at the desk so rude told me I could check into my room even after I told her I talked to 2 people that same day and someone else a couple days prior to my booking. I would like to say I’m very disappointed "

"Staff wasn't displaying the fundamentals of hospitality that's required of them. During my stay, my room wasn't serviced The smoke detector/fire alarm went off in the room and I went to the front desk to notify the receptionist; wasn't available. I came back to the front desk after I had used a towel to fan and the smoke detector/fire alarm went off...which I shouldn't have did that because I'm not responsible for. I came back up to the front desk prior to get breakfast; which was below standards, to inform the receptionist of the incident but she acted nonchalantly and stated that she wasn't aware of it because no one else told her. But a fire alarm makes a very distinct sound and there should be an alert system at the front desk or in the reception station/room to alert the receptionist and they follow the SOP when something like this happens. The breakfast was below standards, the food wasn't adequate enough, no fruits, not a variety to choose from on the food items; the biscuis was hard to the touch, the gravey was overly cooked, the batter for the pancakes was with too much water to the point of consistency, the selection of bread items was limited. I would like to request at least half off my stay"
