This hotel gets an 8.6? Sorry, that is too generous. The room smelled like people had been smoking in it and freshener was sprayed to cover it up. The faucet in the bathtub was marred by years of water stains. The shower head was awful. The refrigerator was loud. I unplugged it. Lame TV with low resolution, but that's mostly minor to me. The bed was fine. I actually slept well, maybe partly due to the A/C unit was good and could make the room a meat locker and I like it pretty cold at night. Not the hotel's fault, but some geezer, after getting his eggs, just tossed the serving spoon into the eggs. No thanks. Went elsewhere for breakfast. Told the desk clerk. I wonder if she knew to tell the kitchen staff. Did it get fixed? I wouldn't stay there again. Disappointed in Wyndham.

I loved how convenient it was to dining options and close to shopping and restaurants. I loved the Lake view and how cozy the hotel itself was. I was kinda down that the hot tub was closed, but overall it was a nice stay. The hotel staff was top notch and went above and beyond. I highly suggest staying here!

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order/closed, but the pool is a nice indoor heated pool and there is a fantastic outdoor grilling area overlooking the lake. Beautiful!

We stayed here because of your good ratings. Your ratings matched our experience several years ago when we stayed here. But, we found there was a lot of needed maintenance. Rooms were dark. Many lamps and recepticles didn't work. The whirlpool tub in the room was not working due to the remodeling going on on the property, according to the sign in the room. There was no evidence of any remodeling going on on the property.

Beware

The room ceiling had damage. Telephones didn’t work in room no blow dryer holes in hot tub tubs broken only one ice machine in the whole hotel working and they didn’t have hot food. It was on the go bags 100% not what was being advertised.

Have stayed here many times and enjoy the stay. This visit, while enjoyable, indicated a need for greater maintenance services in the rooms. Also the breakfast was less than desirable this visit. Some staff seemed inexperienced and could benefit from more training, but were pleasant.
