I reserved a suite and even paid extra for early check-in, but the room wasn’t ready until an hour after we arrived. We were told it was still being cleaned. When we finally got access, the “suite” had a 12x14 inch hole in the wall, used tissues under the pillows, red stains on the comforter, and used hair ties left in the bathroom.
While we were at the front desk reporting these issues, another couple was there because the manager had given their room away—they had literally walked in to find strangers settling into their room. To which the manager responded, "oh yes, we moved you to another room." With no apology or explanation to them. Unacceptable.
Thirty minutes after requesting new sheets and cleaning service, I went back to the front desk only to find that the manager had completely forgotten about our situation. Eventually, we were moved to another room. It was somewhat cleaner, but the towel shelf fell off the wall when I grabbed a towel, and the toilet lever was broken (my husband had to fix it just so we could get through the night).
The next morning, there was no breakfast provided, even though it was clearly advertised as included.
Overall, this stay was unacceptable. The rooms were unsanitary, poorly maintained, and the management was disorganized and unresponsive. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property until major improvements are made.
