This is a family run motel right across from a subdivision. It's close to highway 55 and has a few fast food restaurants, bars and shops near by. I've stayed here a few times while visiting my father in Gideon, which is 20 mins away. It's clean, quiet, and well lit at night. For the price, it's really a great place for a quick night or two.

Wonderfully charming. A bit dated, but the bed was clean, the clerk (Missy) was helpful and kind, and the price was totally right!! Don’t pass this one up. It’s no Hampton inn, but if you need road trip stop, and want small town feel, this is a good choice. I would 100% stay here again!

Room was clean. Appeared to have been freshly painted and carpeted. Bathroom walls were a little rough, but nothing that affected our stay. Parking lot was bright and we were able to pull our truck right up to our door. We just needed a place to rest our heads for 7 or 8 hours. This was perfect for the price. The woman who checked us in was very sweet.

So when I first checked in I was a bit hesitant as the property appears dated and dumpy. But the shower was hot, the air good, a grocery store was a short two blocks away. The room was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Don't let first appearance put you off, the price was right, the sleep was great and I would stay again.
