Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
We booked the two bedroom apartment. However the owner stated that he made a mistake, and the ground floor is available which is a three bedroom. The apartment was not clean at all. The shower and toilet doesn’t work properly. There are ant, spiders, and roaches. The garbage from the previous guest was still in the kitchen. No toilet papers, towels and hand soap was available in the unit. Total disappointment.
