We had a lovely 2 night stay. The most important thing in hotels for me is cleanliness. I have no complaints in this department. They even use fabric softener because the towels weren’t rough like they are in most hotels. I loved the scent in the lobby. The ladies making coffee were so very kind and attentive. The only thing that was a little lame is the restaurant being randomly closed and the staff deciding to just not do room service on a whim. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them the last star. The housekeeping staff and the ladies making coffee carried everybody, lol.
The hotel is beautiful, well maintained with a large bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was delicious. Isabelle, our server was kind and attentive. The General Manager went above and beyond in addressing our needs. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, approachable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
We were very pleased with the cleanliness, decor and service at the Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
