right near the sea so lovely to have a morning stroll and a lovely quiet area staff were so lovely and tip for people going out after 11pm doors locked but code is on ur room key to get in the cooked breakfast was lovely xx

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious (in previous occasions I've been assigned smaller bathrooms in which it was difficult to get in/out of the bath). Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place.

I stayed at Newton House Hotel for 2 nights with the partner whilst she recovered from a procedure. In short, it's great & I'd definitely come back. The location is great, quiet, a short walk from the seafront & right on the road in/off the Island. Parking is free & plentiful & the grounds are lovely, with gardens & lots of nice spots. The room was nice, clean & comfortable with a good bathroom. The service was great but the highlight is the bar & restaurant. Breakfast is included free & is restaurant quality, the best I've come across. The main restaurant menu is very good, homemade & delicious. We ate in both nights & really enjoyed it. Five stars throughout, I can't recommend it highly enough.
